Step 1
- Block the drain by placing bunding.
- Suction pump in placed to take dirty (oily, soapy, greasy water).
- By doing so we stop dirty water from entering the drain.
- Suctioned water is processed for it to be reusable.
Step 2
- Apply non-hazardous foam on the fleet.
- It helps to break hydrocarbons and dirt.
Step 3
- To get quality result- we use manual hand wash techniques.
- Use broom, sponge, microfiber clothes to reach corners and difficult
areas of the trucks.
Step 4
- We use electric drive high speedy, soft brush (Pony) to break dirt
apart from the truck body.
- Pony also sprays water that assist to clean the vehicle.
Step 5
- With high pressure rinse we remove any left-over dirt and soaps and
wash vehicle thoroughly.
Step 6
- Lastly, Team Leader will carry out quality check as per eCO Mobile
Truck Wash standards after completing wash.
